Our beautiful, comfortable and centrally located 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. This home offers all of the amenities to help you feel right at home. Including central heating and air with a nest thermostat, fast high speed internet, and blackout curtains in both bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Including most small appliances, a Ninja coffee maker that brews pods or a pot plus a french press. From pots and pans to utensils and appliances, you'll find it all here. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, our home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, walk in closets and dressers, ensuring a restful night's sleep and plenty of room for your personal items. The larger bedroom has a TV equipped with a Fire Stick. The bathroom is a jack-n-jill style, is spacious and offers plenty of storage. The dining room features a table with 4 chairs plus a separate desk/workstation. The living room has room for 4 people, with a comfy storage couch and large screen smart TV. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced. There is a BBQ and patio table and 4 chairs covered by a shade sail. Perfect place to relax at the end of the day. We know that your furry friends are part of the family, which is why our home is dog-friendly. Your four-legged companions will love exploring the grassy front and back yards, offering plenty of space to play and stretch their legs, plus we offer a convenient doggie door. Located within walking distance to downtown Visalia, you'll have easy access to the city's vibrant restaurants, shops, and attractions. Plus, with Kaweah Delta Hospital just 0.3 miles away, this home is ideal for medical professionals or those visiting loved ones in the hospital. The entire home is yours for use along with the driveway and backyard I am always available through the app! I live about 20 minutes away so in most cases can get over there to help out if needed quickly. Easy to drive everywhere or a 10 minute walk to downtown We love your pet and welcome them! But we ask that you promptly clean up after them including picking up the waste on the lawn. Lawn care is on Friday's so you need to allow access to the yard for him to take care of it and make sure all waste is picked up. Please do not smoke or vape in the home.
